Furthermore, a manufacture method of a molecular film for coating optical lenses comprises a step of “preparation”, by preparing a substrate, Octadecyltrichlorosilane solution and a germicide; a step of “cleaning”, by removing olein and contamination from surfaces of the substrate and washing the substrate; and a step of “soaking”, by soaking the substrate in a mixture of the germicide and Octadecyltrichlorosilane solution to generating a molecular film on the surfaces of the substrate.
